New developments for the MEGANE and KADJAR ranges in France

• The KADJAR can now be specified with the Energy TCe 165 petrol engine
• Introduction of a new ‘LIMITED’ limited-edition version of the MEGANE based on the model’s core-range ZEN equipment level

More choice for the KADJAR range

The list of powerplants available for the KADJAR has been extended with the addition of the Energy TCe 165 petrol engine which delivers 240Nm torque from 2,000rpm for particularly nimble pick-up and pull-away acceleration. Mated to a six-speed manual gearbox, it can be specified for the model’s INTENS and limited-edition BLACK EDITION versions.

New addition to the mid-range MEGANE line-up

Renault’s French sales network has taken advantage of its special promotional weekend on March 16-20 to introduce a new limited-edition MEGANE, namely the MEGANE LIMITED. Based on the model’s ZEN equipment level, it features exterior styling enhancements such as extra-tinted rear windows, 17-inch Dark Anthracite Exception wheels and Etoilé Black door mirror housings (irrespective of body colour), plus electrically-folding door mirrors and specific chrome LIMITED wing badge. Inside, the equipment list includes R-Link navigation complete with seven-inch display and an electronic assist parking brake. This attractive, competitively-priced package costs just €400 more than the basic ZEN version, which equates to a saving to the customer of 4.5 percent.
