Renault ESPACE range extended with a new Energy TCe 225 EDC engine

Renault is broadening the ESPACE range with the launch of an all-new Energy TCe 225 engine equipped with a 7-speed automatic gearbox. Available on the Zen, Intense and Initiale Paris trim levels, the new engine, developed by Renault Sport, brings drivers even more driving pleasure with impressive acceleration thanks to power of 225 hp (165 kW) and 300 Nm of torque (40 Nm more than the Energy TCe 200 engine that it replaces). Fuel consumption and emissions remain controlled for this power level, at 6.8 l/100 km and 152 g/km of CO2 (NEDC cycle).

An even more elegant and connected crossover

Renault’s high-end crossover has received a number of further upgrades. Outside, it is available with 18-inch and 19-inch wheels and a new body color, Titanium Grey. Inside, the new features on the 2017 model are rounded out by, among others, new Sand Grey leather upholstery and ventilated seats. In addition, Renault ESPACE is now compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto via its R-Link 2 navigation system.

Available in France starting at €40,600.
